- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Control food costs and inventory
- Create new menus and seasonal dishes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
- Creative and detail-oriented
