Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vertex Jobs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Vertex Jobs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings; scrape or systematically extract data from the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; or interfere with the proper operation of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and technology on the Vertex Jobs platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as resumes and job listings), but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Vertex Jobs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Vertex Jobs at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
