About the Role
HR & Admin Assistant at Zuzi The Clothing Store. Multiple work locations: Kotahena, Wellawatta.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (freshers can apply if qualified)
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee records)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English (Sinhala / Tamil is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
