About the Role

Lead the hot kitchen operations at Chubby Uncle, a new fine dining American Fusion restaurant in Colombo. Open to all nationalities, with preference for Mexican and Latin American candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hot kitchen operations of the new fine dining American Fusion restaurant

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience; open to all nationalities, with preference for Mexican and Latin American candidates
• Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Chef role
• Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary institute
• Strong expertise in menu development and food costing
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
