Pastry Chef at Milk & Honey Cafe. Day shift only.

Requirements

• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
• 1-2 or more years experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role
• Working knowledge of baking techniques, breads and pastry-making process
• Creative ability in cake decorating and desserts an advantage
• Keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and presentation
