About the Role

Senior Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie at Uga Jungle Beach, Trincomalee. Hands-on role responsible for daily kitchen operations, supporting the Chef in Charge in maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Daily operations of the kitchen
Support the Chef in Charge in maintaining the highest quality standards across the Kitchen
Uphold, enhance, and evolve culinary standards
Shape memorable dining experiences

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury resort or luxury boutique hotel
Qualification in the fine Culinary Arts from a recognized institute
Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in food preparation and presentation
A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to the culinary standards
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
