Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial presentations
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain daily bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow forecasting activities
• Prepare monthly payroll schedules and ensure timely statutory payments
• Liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities (e.g., IRD) as required
• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in improving financial processes and systems where necessary
• Handle ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Finalist or currently pursuing final level of ACA or ACCA professional qualification
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or similar software is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior exposure to global finance operations or the IT industry will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
