Assistant General Manager - Finance at Vallibel Finance. Lead and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics
- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Oversee corporate and treasury financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with CBSL requirements
- Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Audit, Risk and Compliance to uphold strong financial discipline
- Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives, promoting responsible and impactful
Requirements
- Minimum of 25 years of experience of which at least 5–8 years should be in a Senior Management Level in Banking and Financial Services
- Professional qualification in Finance (CA / CIMA / ICASL)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university and PMI will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of CBSL regulatory framework, IFRS, and corporate governance standards
- Preferably age between 40 - 55 years
