Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support to all departments
• Coordinate system installations, upgrades, and maintenance in collaboration with vendors and service providers
• Ensure data protection, backup management, and cybersecurity compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide regular status updates
• Monitor system performance and prepare regular IT reports for management
• Collaborate with management to align IT strategy with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration (experience in managerial/supervisory role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, computer hardware, and information security
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel and provide IT support to all branch locations as required
